Refund policy

Contact: Email info@jaraco.ca to request a return. All returns require prior approval and an RMA number.

Conditions for Acceptance:

  • Items must be perfect, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Requests for broken items must be made within 48 hours.

  • Standard return requests must be made within 30 days.

  • Claims for missing items/quality checks must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Fees: A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

  • Shipping: Customer pays all return shipping and packaging costs.

  • Customs: Customer covers all potential customs fees.

Excluded Items (No Returns):

Mirrors, Sanitary/Waste bins, Grab bars, Shower seats, Shower curtains, Large fixtures (Partitions/Lockers), and Custom/Special orders.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
