Refund policy
Contact: Email info@jaraco.ca to request a return. All returns require prior approval and an RMA number.
Conditions for Acceptance:

Items must be perfect, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Requests for broken items must be made within 48 hours.

Standard return requests must be made within 30 days.

Claims for missing items/quality checks must be made within 5 business days of delivery.
Customer Responsibilities:

Fees: A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

Shipping: Customer pays all return shipping and packaging costs.

Customs: Customer covers all potential customs fees.
Excluded Items (No Returns):
Mirrors, Sanitary/Waste bins, Grab bars, Shower seats, Shower curtains, Large fixtures (Partitions/Lockers), and Custom/Special orders.
Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
