Once ordered, what is the lead time for processing and delivery of the Ascent table?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Units are shipped via LTL freight carriers on a pallet with shipping time dependent upon location. Once your Ascent order is received, our customer service team will reach out to make arrangements for the delivery of the unit.

Is there a minimum quantity on how many units can be ordered?

No, there is not a minimum order quantity. 

What countries is Ascent currently available in?

Can the Ascent Universal Changing Table be integrated into existing facilities, or is it only for new construction?

The Ascent can be integrated into any existing facility or new construction that has the appropriate space available. The universal changing table can be mounted to any surface, including concrete, concrete block, wood studs, and metal studs.

How much assembly is required?

Although this unit is designed for easy installation, it is recommended that a building contractor perform the installation to ensure compliance with all building codes regarding wall strength and wiring.

What type of maintenance is required, and how often?

Thanks to the direct attached actuator, minimal upkeep is required compared to chain-driven models.

Yes, Ascent incudes the requisite screws, anchors, washers, and caps necessary to mount it to a wall or studs.

The Ascent Universal Changing Table incorporates limited imported components but is assembled, manufactured, and warranty-serviced in the United States.

What material is the changing surface?

The changing surfaces on Ascent are both made of a single piece of smooth ABS vacuum-formed plastic, which is non-porous surface makes it easy to wipe down for convenient cleanability. ABS is inherently resistant to bacteria and stains, ensuring a highly hygienic environment for every diaper change.

Is Ascent easy to clean and maintain?
