ASI's Velare™ Behind the Mirror (BTM) is designed with elegance and security in mind, concealing consumables within a 304 stainless steel cabinet. The cabinet features a mirrored door with backlit icons that indicate the functions provided from the bottom panel of each module. The mirror is made of 6 mm thick frameless tempered glass, conforming to ASTM C-1048, with pencil edges and rounded corners, a stainless steel mid-section brace, and a stainless steel backplate with integrated welded brackets, a hinge, and a lock.

The mirrored door is attached to the cabinet using a concealed, full-width 3/16" diameter (Ø4.8) piano hinge and is secured with a mortise lock and key. The mirrored door is supported by two damped gas springs, allowing for easy opening from 15° to 90°. A soft stop cushion is present both when fully open and when lowered into the fully closed position for locking.

This stainless steel wall unit houses a 1.5L hands-free automatic liquid soap dispenser and a high-speed hand dryer (110-120V or 208-240V) equipped with a HEPA filter (or a paper towel dispenser with a capacity of 500 towels).

The mirror backlights operate on a voltage of 100 to 240 VAC supplied to a quad (double duplex) socket (by others) concealed behind the cabinet into which a standard appliance power cord and AC adapters are plugged during installation.

• Soap requirements: Proper use of this dispenser requires that only soap with a viscosity and pH within the following range be used.

• Viscosity range (mPa-s or cP): 0 - 100

• pH range: 5.5 ~ 8.5
