It can hold and dispense 500 standard multi-ply paper towels or 400 standard C-ply paper towels and has a waste capacity of 6.8 gallons (26 L). Dispensing multi-ply or C-ply paper towels does not require an additional adapter.

Paper towels are manually removed through the dispensing slot and fed continuously until empty. The unit continues to feed towels correctly when properly refilled with a partial load. The user activates the dryer by placing their hands in the detection zone indicated by the graphic on the door. The drying time starts automatically as long as movement is detected, up to a maximum of two (2) minutes, to prevent accidental activation. The dryer stops automatically after a set time when hands are removed from the sensor zone. Refill the dispenser by unlocking the door and replacing the towels with an empty or partially empty unit. The dispenser is then refilled and the waste container emptied manually. The door lock over the compartments prevents unauthorized access or removal. The WR's full-cover and spring-hinged door prevent unsightly overloading.
