Charlevoix Recovery Island
This multi-material unit is designed for outdoor use in busy public areas. It allows for source separation of waste materials in public spaces, while minimizing contamination. The bin is mounted on legs to keep it off the ground.
Made of aluminum, our island offers superior product quality, is lighter yet durable, and resistant to oxidation (rust). Its construction contains at least 50% recycled content and is fire-retardant.
The side surfaces are complemented by slats made of recycled plastic.
The standard oval-shaped openings have a counterweighted clasp. The island is equipped with signage around the openings, conforming to Quebec signage standards. The lid hinges forward to provide access to the contents. The bags to be used inside measure 30″ x 38″.
Optional 110-liter plastic liners are available. The metal frame is black or, optionally, green, blue, brown, or steel gray. Slats are available in walnut, red cedar, black, or slate gray.
The product is available in one or three-way configurations upon request, and a top shelf option is offered.
