Frost 2090 “Surf” series steel bike racks are made of heavy duty Canadian steel with a unique and modern design. These bike racks are designed to allow for six bikes to lock to them. These are most commonly used at schools/universities, hotels, retail centers, condominiums, office buildings, city streets, and even residentially.

Characteristics
This bike rack has all 11 and 12 gauge hot rolled Canadian steel construction with RAL super durable TGIC-free polyester powder coating which provides rust proof finish. Tested to survive harsh summer and winter weather. The bike rack comes in black, blue, red, or green. Dimensions are: 35.1″W x 25.9″H x 26.6″D. Mounting hole diameter: 0.4″ for all four mounting holes. The unique architectural look and durable manufacturing make this a great product for many commercial and residential site locations.

Materials

• All steel welded construction in heavy duty 11 & 12 gauge HRS
• Frost uses Super Durable TGCI-Free Powder Coat paint on all their site furnishings products. This type of powder coating is designed for superior weatherability compared to standard TGIC polyester powder coatings. This type of paint is designed to meet the AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) standard 2603. It provides excellent exterior color and gloss retention, superior over bake resistance, and good chemical resistance. The paint is designed to withstand 1500 hours of salt spray testing and 1 year of outdoor exposure in extreme conditions.
